Full-Mouth Implants

Full-arch implant treatment replaces all the teeth in a jaw with a fixed prosthesis supported by four to six implants — the approach most people know as All-on-4. It usually involves extractions, possible grafting, a temporary set worn while the implants heal, and a final acrylic or zirconia prosthesis.

Full-Mouth Implants — FAQ

Is the price for one arch or both?

One arch. Two arches typically run $40,000–$60,000, because the surgery, the temporary set and the final prosthesis are all doubled.

How long does treatment take?

Four to eight months for most cases: surgery, three to six months of healing, then the final prosthesis. Cases needing grafting take longer.

Does insurance cover it?

Rarely as a package. Most plans contribute towards extractions and some crowns up to an annual maximum of $1,000–$2,000, then stop.
